Same ol’ crap

In Senate Finance and Claims Committee, Sen. Forrest Mandeville (R-Collusion) worked some manipulative magic. He killed HB 276 (already passed by both chambers) that would have set up a $1M grants program to move food from farms to food banks. And he put $1M into HB 5 to benefit his own hometown of Columbus. Pretty good for a day’s scheming.
