Secretary of the Interior (and former Montana congressman) Ryan Zinke took this stance even as the White House leaked a memo proposing the sale of public lands to finance infrastructure.

What Sales actually said was, “If they’re harassed and they don’t come forward, shame on them.”  He’s clearly ignorant of the dynamics of power and harassment, but he’s a lot of fun to draw.

I seldom depart from Montana topics, but Trump provides such rich possibilities, he’s hard to ignore.  Ask any cartoonist today.
