Attorney General Austin Knudsen has been slapped down twice by the Montana Supreme Court for his efforts to derail an initiative to amend the Montana constitution.


The Montana Supreme Court overturned a quartet of bad election bills from the 2021 Legislative session. The Secretary of State reacted with melodrama, also saying, “State and county election officials have been punched in the gut.”


When a couple of legislative committees recently dealt with legislation on education, Superintendent of Public Instruction Elsie Arntzen didn’t even bother to appear. Instead, she blamed Republicans for calling her a Republican.
