Joining with other Republican AGs, Montana’s Austin Knudsen submitted a silly brief to SCOTUS regarding Colorado’s 14th Amendment decision.

Representatives Gaetz (FL) and Rosendale (MT) visited four towns in Montana over the weekend. Matt (FL) urged people to support a possible Matt (MT) run for the Senate. Rosie played it coy.

Attorney General Austin Knudsen has joined with other states in suing the EPA over a rule on vehicle emissions.  His office boasted about the three dozen lawsuits he has filed.

Despite overwhelming opposition, the State Library Commission repealed the rule requiring directors of large libraries to have masters degrees. Christian commissioner Tammy Hall violated the commandment against bearing false witness.
